At the Prague first hospital, Natalie, Mrs. Lin and Olga are waiting anxiously outside the operating room because the operating time is longer than what they expected and nurses told them Akira’s situation is very unstable. He still wants to keep everything in Katherine’s room same as before, because he is waiting for the miracle. How he wishes Katherine can suddenly come back with a miracle, even he had already finished her funeral with her family. The next day morning, one of his friend lives in the same floor knocks his room says: “Akira you have some mails and one postcard. I bring them from your mailbox for you.” Akira tries very hard siting up from his bed and opens the door. He sits on the bed to see those mails. All of them are the thank mails from the children in the orphanage. One postcard makes Akira shocked. It’s the first postcard written by Katherine from Sydney but just arrives now.

Last night I missed you so much. I called you when my mother was taking a shower but it’s very sad that you didn’t answer the phone. During the day, we are driving on the way, it’s impossible to call you, so I decided to write you a postcard every day until I come back to Taiwan. Australia is very beautiful.
